📦 Shipping Information

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2-5 business days (if available)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. International orders may take longer due to customs processing.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. You can track your package using the tracking number provided.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Our 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Blinkory™ purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • ✓ Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • ✓ In the original packaging
  • ✓ Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at blinkoryofficial@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return (optional but helpful!)

We'll provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
